Let's dive into this new year with movement and creation : )

Do you want to create, but you don't know where to start?
Or is your mind telling you that it's too hard? Or maybe you just don't find the time?
Join us in this joyful mini retreat!

We are very excited to announce our mini retreat 'Let's celebrate'' in which we combine yin yoga followed with an art workshop.

Let's celebrate and honour our body with movement and creation,
connecting to our creative potential.


You don't need to be an artist to create.
Neither a flexible yogi to move.

We will create freely without expectations, inspired by a different theme every mini retreat. You will be guided through excercises for inspiration and make your own pieces of art.

We will start with a short playful yin yoga sequence (with a bit of movement) in the beautiful attick of this old farm, to connect with and loosen up the body & mind.
Followed by an art workshop in the cosy 'Huiskamer' downstairs, ending the day with a short meditation.
The art workshop will be guided by Hester who works as an artteacher and art therapist.
Nazima will guide us through the yoga sequence.

Depending on the theme you will learn how to create with charcoal, ink and watercolour, templates, acryl, pigments and so on. Each mini retreat will be different.

One thing is for sure, you will go home with your own unique piece of art!
Feeling inspired, refreshed and alive!
All of this in a beautiful farm amongst horses, sheep and birds,
yet in de midst of Amsterdam (Westerpark).

Make sure you are wearing warm and comfortable clothes.

Language: Dutch or English, depending on the participants
All levels are welcome to join!

We will teach in small groups, max. 10 spots, which gives us space to provide extra guidance.
