Darkness Alchemy: transforming guilt into responsibility

This workshop for men will transform guilt into responsibility.

Perhaps you feel guilty for a good reason, however guilt in itself will not serve anybody. Taking responsibility for your actions will.

Together we will help you cross that bridge. We will work with various techniques to help you feel the impact of what you believe you did. You will be given tools to continuously work on the shadow parts of yourself that keep you from taking responsibility and perhaps subconsciously motivate you to cross boundaries.

We come together in a circle of men. Why? Because most men were taught by society to deny parts of themselves that are feared and blamed for injustice and aggression. Women, in general, have other reasons to deny their emotions. The transformative power of coming together with a group of men and witnessing each other in their full expression of emotions, power and vulnerability can be life changing.

Safety is a priority

When working with repressed emotions safety is of the utmost importance. This workshop offers a safe container to experience all that wants to be felt. A big part of this is radical honesty and self responsibility. You will be supported in this and there will be one or more experienced spaceholders present (depending on group size) for assistance.

In these 3 hours we will

- Do group sharings to explore your guilt
- Do exercises to own all of what you have done
- Practise the difference between being something and having done something
- Pair up to practise speaking our truth
- Close off with harvesting how you will take 100 percent responsibility

About the host

Sjoerd is an embodiment and men’s coach. He has helped over a 100 men and women to feel more, to live their purpose and to get more in touch with their emotions.

He is experienced in tantra and transformational breathing and works both 1 on 1 as with groups. Former clients appreciate his groundedness, clear communication, depth and connection.

As a former journalist he makes topics like tantra, polarity, non-violent communication and trauma understandable and easily accessible.
