We welcome you on a profound Journey into your femininity and into the healing and expression of the “goddesses” within you, in connection with your body and with the body of nature, together with an intimate group of women.
WHO ARE THE GODDESSES?
We all are! The Goddesses “in us” are the different expressions of the feminine life force within us, they are the qualities of our feminine power and of our natural inner beauty.
They can be tender and soft, sensuous and ecstatic, wild and raw.
Some of them are very alive in you, some are dormant, some are difficult to look at and can be confronting at times, but it is so healing and powerful to connect with them.
In ancient times there were actual Goddesses who embodied the different archetypes of the feminine: Brigid, Ishtar, Morrigan and many more..
These goddesses from the ancient time will inspire and anchor us in our journey of exploration.
TENDERNESS-SENSUALITY-WILDERNESS
Together we will explore 3 different facets of the feminine life force and guide you into a journey of embodiment of their gifts through Music, Nature and Healing practices.
Our intention is to support you into feeling and awakening these forces to re-connect to their ancestral qualities of the feminine, to express them and to heal psychic blockages that can prevent us women from embracing the inner gifts of the feminine.

HOW WE WILL GUIDE YOU
-Tamara will hold you and guide you into a deep and loving connection with your body, facilitating through healing bodywork and embodiment exercises from tantra and kundalini yoga. She will help you to ground and surrender into the experience
-Fralalai will guide through Music, channeling melodies and rhythm that will awaken your ancestral memory within the cells of your body with her harp, voice and drum. She will guide you into reconnecting with nature and with the magic of ancient myths
SACRED SPACE
we will gather in the "shala" a beautiful round space made of wood, glass and clay, immersed in Nature. we will also connect with the forests nearby and enjoy the lovely land around the Uelenspiegel countryside farm.
