We zijn ons ervan bewust dat de locatie behoorlijk ver weg is. Daarom willen we de mensen die in hetzelfde gebied wonen met elkaar in contact brengen, zodat je de mogelijkheid hebt om een rit te delen. Verder komt er een plan om mensen van en naar het station in de buurt van het centrum te brengen -> station Doetinchem.
Restitutie beleid:
We hopen natuurlijk dat je mee kunt naar dit leuke evenement.Als je niet mee kunt, raden we je aan om te proberen je kaartje te verkopen. Als dit niet lukt, neem dan contact met ons op, misschien kunnen we samen iemand vinden. Anders zijn dit de volgende deadlines voor restitutie.

Tussen 1 en 14 juli:
50% restitutie
Vanaf 14 juli:
Er is geen restitutie mogelijk vanwege de naderende datum van het evenement. In dit geval is de enige mogelijke oplossing om je ticket te verkopen.

We are aware of the fact that the location is pretty far away. For this reason we would like to bring the people that live in the same area in contact with each other so that you have the possibility to share a ride. Furthermore there will be a plan to bring people form and to the station nearby the center -> Doetinchem train station.
Refund policy:
We hope of course you can join us for this lovely event. If you are not able to join, we suggest you try to sell your ticket. If this doesn’t work out, contact us, maybe we can find somebody together. Otherwise, these are the following deadlines for refund.
Before 1st July:
100% refund
Between July 1st - 14th:
50% refund
From July 14th:
No refund is possible due to the nearing event date. In this case, your only possible solution would be to sell your ticket.
