Over dit evenement

We are happy to announce our monthly classes at the Buurtboerdeij. In this class we will combine yin yoga with meditation.
Each class will have a unique theme. The theme of this class will be 'Relax & Digest'.
Reload and energise yourself while enjoying the beautiful countryside.

The class will be in English or Dutch, depending on the participants
Make sure you are wearing warm and comfortable clothes. We will provide all the yoga equipment, so no need to bring it.

Drops of yoga is a mobile Yin Yoga studio. We organise down-to-earth Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes and like to combine this with art workshops.
