Over dit evenement
Experience profound liberation and self-discovery through this intimate Trauma Release Ceremony. Delve deep into your being—your experiences, emotions, and body—as we co-create a sacred space for letting go of what no longer serves you. This ceremony invites you to courageously confront the hidden depths within yourself, offering a supportive space for acknowledging and releasing trauma through honest emotional exploration and expression.
Embrace the journey with an open mind, releasing all expectations, and welcoming whatever arises with compassion and love. Within this ceremonial container, you'll find the freedom to complete emotional cycles and move closer to your authentic self. In a world that often values conformity over vulnerability, this space celebrates your true essence and all that you feel.
Our ceremony features:
✬ Opening ritual & altar creation
✬ Free movement & vocal exploration
✬ Understanding trauma and its manifestations in the body
✬ Cultivating self-love & compassion
✬ Intention setting & grounding meditation
✬ Trauma release breathwork with Somatic & Energy work
✬ Integration through journalling
✬ Closing Circle with grounding refreshments & snacks
Please bring an item for the altar to contribute to the sacred space we co-create—a tangible symbol of our unity and support throughout the ceremony.
Meet Amy, your facilitator:
Amy, a holistic and trauma-informed somatic practitioner, invites you to express your emotions freely in a supportive environment. Drawing from her own journey of overcoming anxiety, depression, and self-doubt, Amy understands the transformative power of somatic work. Her mission is to provide soft, nurturing healing spaces where individuals can honor all aspects of themselves without judgment or shame.
Trained in Holosomatic Body Work and inspired by leading trauma experts like Gabor Maté and Peter Levine, Amy facilitates one-on-one sessions and workshops through her practice, Embody Being by Amy. She guides participants towards feeling the full spectrum off emotions, re-visiting perhaps painful memories or emotions, self-compassion and trust in life's ebbs and flows.
Trigger Warning: While we strive to maintain a safe space for all, this event may be triggering for individuals new to trauma work or those experiencing extreme trauma. Please reach out to Amy if you have concerns or questions regarding your participation.
Much love and excited to embark on this journey together,
♥
