**SUNDAY CONTACT IMPROV JAMS**
WHEN: Sunday the 26th of May
TIME: 15.30-17.30pm
WHERE: Travertijnstraat 12 in Groningen [note: please look at the directions!]
Directions: It might not be so easy to find! Don't go to the main entrance, but go on the right side around the outside of the building till you can't go anymore; there you will find the dance space. Use Google Maps to get there:

Come join us for a playful dance jam! Let’s explore movement in relation to others, the floor, and the space.
Each session will start with a guided warm-up in which we tune in with the basic principles of CI; sharing weight, touch and body awareness.
Every Body is welcome, no matter how much experience you have.
The warm-up will be done by one of the organizers: Anneroos, Jorien & Otto.
WHAT TO BRING:
– Clothes that are easy to dance and move in
– A bottle of water is handy; there will be water/tea/snacks but maybe you want a bit more
– Take off things like bracelets, necklaces, belts with hard (metal) points, because you can hurt yourself or others with it if you roll over someone
NOTE: You can eat at the Free Café afterwards in the same building, enjoy food cooked by volunteers for free or a donation. Opens at 18.00.
PRICE FOR THE JAM: 10 euro. Cash is preferred, tikkie is also possible. If the price is an issue, contact us, we can work it out!
