⫸ 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐖 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐃

Through a combination of tantric, shamanistic and embodiment practices & rituals, you will be playfully guided to drop deeper into your body and essence.

On Friday we will start with creating a group field of trust and connection by opening the directions and connecting to elemental wisdom. Through a softening, opening and deepening ritual we welcome ourselves & each other at the Temple.

On Saturday we will connect deeply with ourselves and each other through a combination of intimacy practices, dance, breathwork and deepening rituals. With the intention to allow life force to flow and move into an expansive state of being. Our natural and powerful instruments - breath, sound and movement - will guide us on the way to open up to life, and welcome life force as our medicine.

In the evening we will co-create a transformagical temple night where we celebrate ourselves, each other and the fruits of Life. By allowing life force to guide our beings - we meet each other in an open space of sacredness. There will be different elemental corners where you can play and pray, where we can meet each other deeper and where our sexuality guides us into meeting the divine.

On Sunday we will have an embodied sharing space to integrate our experiences, support the deepening of the transformation and bring back the Mystery home .

The whole temple weekend will be guided by live music where sound and voice will guide us to deeply connect, celebrate, express and liberate. A field of love and community will be created, where we share medicine songs and integrative heart practices so that you can bring all of this into your life. Living a temple life! Bring your body instrument and your musical instruments if you have them.

There will be enough time and space during the weekend to enjoy nature and just BE, write in your journal, make music, sit around the fire, lie on the earth, or whatever suits you.

⫸ VENUE
The Temple of Life will take place at a beautiful farm, just outside of Amsterdam, where we are surrounded, nurtured and inspired by nature’s elements. A warm place for you to call Home for the weekend, with a fire-place and lots of Light coming in. There will be a comfortable bed for you in a shared bedroom upstairs at the Farm.

⫸ NOURISHMENT
Our bellies will be nourished by our chef Karin. She will guide us into a sensational experience during the Temple. Her magic and heartfelt creations are a delight to the eyes, bellies and bring extra magic into our beings. So our life force can expand and flow even more.

Sophie is a devoted Tantrika by heart and lover of Life - wildly passionate to explore the depths of this human experience. Here to remind you how nourishing and liberating it is to be intimate with all of Life.

She intuitively guides individuals & couples to deeper intimacy, facilitates Slow Sex Experiences in Amsterdam and recently gave birth to the Temple of Life - to remember the mystery & endless potential within - and bring this back into everyday life.

With a sense of joy, warmth and depth, she loves creating intimate spaces for you to explore true intimacy, both within and in connection with others.

As transformational facilitator she guides both men and women in a feminine, embodied and intuitive way towards transformation and initiation. Embodiment as a medicine to transform old parts - serving as an instrument to express life through dance, sound and intimacy.

She follows the Path of the Rose, in which she guides you to trust yourself as an instrument of divine life force and she will invite you to move with this energy.
