This introduction to Tantra workshop is about living more fully by learning to say 'no' when we don't want something, without feeling guilty. It's about feeling and stating your boundaries and also about expressing your desires. Yes, this is what this workshop is all about. About saying yes to life!

Are you ready to explore the world of tantra? This tantra workshop is for beginners and also for those who have explored tantra before. It will be a mix of ancient tantra techniques and modern tantra exercises. Tantra is about feeling and experiencing. It's about intimacy and real authenticity. Tantra is about connection, freedom, playfulness, slowing down, energy, integrity, and so, so much more. Join us for this magical evening where you will learn, or better experience, the basics of tantra. For who? For you!! Men, women, non-binary, single, and couples, all are super welcome!

My Own Tantric Journey
I started walking the tantric path 2 years ago, and my life has become so much freer, happier, and more complete:) By letting go of past conditioning and old beliefs, by connecting to myself first and then to others, and by learning that I too (as a man) have boundaries and am allowed to have them and express them, my life really is now so much easier, and I feel so much more alive.

Safer Space
Feel super welcome to join us at our tantra workshop at Zenzo Yoga in Zandvoort (Amsterdam Beach). We will create a safer space, and no worries, there's no nudity involved. You'll experience what it is to step into the 'tantric field,' moving from your head into your heart and body. Connecting with your emotions, starting to connect with yourself on a deeper level, and from there, to connect with others.
