Open space for massage exchange

Welcome to our cosy open space, where you can practice your massage skills in a relaxed setting. You will meet other like-minded people to explore the power of touch. Come to recharge your battery at the end of your working week. Giving and receiving massages will make you feel amazing and will activate healthy hormones such as oxytocin.

🤗 🌈 Safe and inclusive: Our open space creates a judgment-free zone where participants can be their authentic selves. We celebrate diversity and embrace every unique identity, fostering an environment. Individuals of all gender identities come together and feel welcome, valued and accepted. Regardless of your gender identity, age, body shape, sexual orientation, race, skin colour or background, in this open space we celebrate the magic of touch, massage and human connection. Welcome and be embraced by our open-minded and supportive community. You are not forced to do anything you don't like. All touch is based on mutual consent. Sexual behavior is not allowed, as the focus of this evening is nourishing, relaxing touch.

🧘‍♂️🤲👐 What will we do? After introducing ourselves, we will do a guided meditation, to get centered in ourselves. Then we exchange relaxing massages in couples. We will massage on massage mats on the floor. All massage styles are allowed, as long as it's not sexual. After one hour, during the break, we will change partners and you can give and receive another massage. There will be little guidance, so some basic massage experience is more than welcome. But if you have less experience, you will learn by doing and by giving feedback to each other. We will finish with a sharing circle.

🧔🏼‍♂️Facilitator: Tijs is a classically trained masseur, but he works with various modern forms of bodywork, including Alchemy of Touch, Myofascial Energetic Release and Deep muscular Techniques. In his massage, you feel his presence, peace and attention. He has been organizing various workshops and retreats since 2015.
