It invites raw strength and vital power. These essential qualities give you the freedom to set boundaries, liberate the potential to make meaningful steps, and to connect authentically with yourself, others, and Life.

Contrary to what most people think, power is the prerequisite for vast expansion, surrender, deep trust, and the sense of unity.
Our vital power is our true nature, and according to Tantra, we can reconnect to it by being in contact with all experience that Life offers to us. The vital power comes in different, transforming shapes: sometimes it feels big and strong, sometimes it is vulnerable and delicate.
In all these shapes lies your vital power!
We, Ruben and Helena (Tantra & Yoga teachers, Psychologists, and Breathwork facilitators) look forward to sharing an evening to expand and remember your power.

During this workshop we will dive into practices to connect to your Truth and boundaries, breathe to expand your energy, and move and sound to find power in every corner of yourself.
