Open relating, non-monogamy, polyamory, exploration of freedom in your relationship. Perhaps you are curious, or maybe you are already very experienced. Whatever your experience, it's invaluable to be able to share and connect with like-minded people in this exploration of polyamory.
This evening we'll go deep and practical, and have fun while we're at it. During this workshop we will guide you through a series of exercises and questions to think about your own place and ideas within non-monogamous relating. We'll take these insights as a guideline for conversation to share and connect with each other.
What non-monogamy style suits you? What are you running into? What do you do in certain situations?

An evening full of possible new solutions, recognition, tips, inspiration and connection.
We truly believe that no matter what non-monogamous path you are on, a support network of like-minded people is indispensable. Non-monogamous relationships are by far a minority and there are few examples in the media (let alone healthy examples), so we need to find them ourselves.
Sharing our non-monogamous experiences, with all the possible challenges, successes and possibilities, with fellow non-monogamous explorers is of immense value.
Whether you already have experience with non-monogamous relationships or are just beginning and curious... whether you struggle with certain things, have questions about non-monogamy and how to shape this in practice, or just want to celebrate your path with like-minded people: feel welcome to this evening!

Location:
Kanaalweg 84A in Utrecht. There is free parking next to the building by car. If you are coming by public transport, you can take the train to Utrecht Central, it’s a 15 minute walk from there to the venue.
Time:
The doors open at 18.00 and close at 18.25.
Please make sure you arrive before this time so we can all start the workshop together at 18.30 sharp.
