Heyy All, we are working on a crazy cool project. (3 MONTH POP-UP LOCATION IN NATURE IN DELFT 🕊️😍)

We are looking for people that want to join in the creation of this project.

On Monday 25th we will meditate at and after that brainstorm together about this idea. Join if you feel like being part of this adventure!

REGENERATE is a platform that organizes events that regenerate the soul! Based in Delft. Our mission is to bring people in contact with rest and silence trough different events. We aim on reaching a new generation of people who are interested in spirituality. We organize ecstatic dance, meditations, jam sessions, concerts and more!

REGENERΔTE - Monthly Embodiment Circle May

The Embodiment Circle hosted by Martijn was incredible! He created a very welcoming and supportive atmosphere. His body-centric exercises drew my attention out of a tangle of stressful thoughts into a relaxed and aware state, helping to reveal the symptoms and causes of what I was feeling. Will definitely join again!

I can tell the organisers put a lot of love and care into this event. Really loved the shared dinner and hangout afterwards, was nice to connect with the other dancers. And what an amazing space, I loved it!! Too bad it was the last time (for now?) in this venue, but I'm looking forward to see the amazing project you're working on for the summer!
