Internal Sunrise: Primary Series Part One with Clayton Horton

In this workshop we explore the fundamentals and details of correct breathing, sun salutations and standing poses. Including: examples and tools for working on the jump back and jump through of the Ashtanga Vinyasa breath movement system; foundations of technique and alignment; modifications; detailed instruction of the Finishing postures. Opening and closing mantras are explained and chanted together, ending with guided relaxation.

Clayton Horton is an internationally known KPJAYI Certified Ashtanga yoga teacher and the Director of Greenpath Yoga. He has been a student of yoga for over 30 years and began teaching in 1996.
