This is an all levels practice suitable to anyone who already has a practice and some basic knowledge of poses. Simon offers suitable options for all practitioners.

Simon is a senior Vinyasa teacher trainer with a wealth of experience. He has a distinctive teaching style that he describes as modern Vinyasa Yoga with classical roots, a yoga for our time. He offers refined cues on how to work with the subtle energy of breath and ride the waves of Prana energy deeper into the asanas to cultivate a vibrant and radiant practice.

His classes are supported by a beautiful selection of spiritual music, uplifting rhythms and healing sounds. Simon also offers live accompaniment of Indian harmonium and sacred instruments and invites students to dive into the practice of mantra singing as part of the transformative Yoga journey.
