Women's Circle with Cacao & Rose Healing: Embrace your Essence

Community, sisterhood, healing – the power of women’s circles is undeniable. That’s why I'm inviting you to join us for this cozy evening to embrace and celebrate our womanhood together. We will be working with the energies of Mother Cacao and Rose.

The ceremonial cacao we will drink this evening is infused with rose powder – both of the plants have heart-opening qualities, making this a potent medicine for healing anything that we carry on our hearts.

We will also share and journal, go on a shamanic meditation journey and explore gentle movement to connect with our feminine essence. In the end you’ll receive an energy healing to activate the energy of the Rose in your heart field so that you can stay connected to the feelings of love and gratitude also in the days to come.

Rose is a gentle plant that has a soothing effect on our nervous systems, helping us to soften and relax. It is the perfect plant guide for a women’s circle – it can offer us support with emotions, relationships, self-love and connecting to our feminine energy. Shamans in Central America have used rose healing already for centuries. The tradition is based on the healing frequency of the roses which resonates with our heart field – by placing roses on your body you can help to resolve emotional blockages.

Good to know: This is a bit smaller event (max. 10 participants) were the focus is on making you feel welcome and giving everyone enough individual attention. The circle will be hosted in my private healing space that I'll prep for the evening with love and care. After the circle you don't have to hurry back, you can stay a little longer to connect with the other women. I'm also happy to hear about your experience and answer any questions you might have.

Hi, my name is Titta and I’m an empath, intuitive guide and energy healer. I love to work with women and help them to connect more with their hearts and wombs – the two most powerful energetic centres for the feminine. In my women’s circles we will connect with different healer plants I work with, such as Cacao, Rose and Blue Lotus. The circles are a combination of inner journeying, slow movement, meditation, sound and energy healing. I invite you to come as you are – together we will practice being more authentic, kind and gentle towards ourselves.
