Play with your Anger: Find your Power

This is a playful journey into the world of emotions. This workshop isn't just another session on handling feelings; it's an adventure through play and conflict where you'll learn to dance with your anger and get in touch with the power that anger carries.

The activities and games involve the whole body and are inspired by the richness of Playfight (Matteo Tangi Method), Radical Honesty, and Non-violent Communication, merging the fields of verbal and non-verbal communication to cultivate awareness and assertiveness (rather than reactivity). We are going to work on fighting “for” what you find important rather than fighting “against” what doesn’t work, on standing clearly for your values.

This is the first of a series of workshops around the same theme, which you can join as a series or stand-alone. The next one will be on April 20th.

Doors open at 9:30, we start at 10:00. We will offer soup and bread during the lunch break, with tea and snacks for during the day. If you would like something more substantial please bring it yourself (maybe also to share!).
