If you have always been curious about family constellations (systemic work) and/or breathwork, then this programme is for you.
Our location for today is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by green, situated in Kortenhoef, at approx. 5 kms from the center of Hilversum. After a warm welcome, we start with an introduction to systemic work (family constellations), followed by a couple of exercises that every one can participate in. Then we continue with constellations for those who have an issue they wish to look at. Finally we finish this part of the day with a visualisation/guided meditation.

At 18.00 hrs we take a break and have dinner together (every one brings their own food).

After dinner, at approx. 19.00 hrs. we continue with a group session Conscious Connected Breathwork.

First we start with an explanation of this type of breathwork and we tell you what you may expect during the session. Then we continue with a guided meditation to focus on a positive intention for our work this evening.

Next it is time for the session itself and during the next hour you will be breathing in a conscious and connected way, thus creating room for expansion and healing on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Experienced facilitators will be by your side to help and guide you through the process. In order to guarantee a safe setting for all, we work with one facilitator for every 4 or 5 participants.

After the session there will be time for a cup of tea and sharing.

Participants who joined us before have described our group sessions as profound where something essential may get touched upon and shifted. At the conclusion of the evening, you will be ready to go home with a smile on your face, an open breath and a light heart.

It is possible to sign up for the whole programme, or just for the systemic work session, or the breathwork session.


Als je toe bent aan een dag voor jezelf, vol zelfreflectie en ontspanning, dan is dit de ideale dag. We beginnen met een introductie over systemisch werk en opstellingen.
's Avonds eten we gezamenlijk (je neemt je eigen eten mee) en tot slot doen we bewust verbonden ademwerk, in groepsvorm, als integratie van datgene wat we overdag gezien en doorleefd hebben.

Kosten voor de hele dag € 110 Euro pp.
of alleen de middag met systemisch werk: 65 Euro pp.
Alleen de ademsessie in de avond: 45 Euro pp.
