Relaxation Journey: Candlelight Nidra, Sound Healing & Reiki

Are you ready to nurture yourself? Small group, candlelight and a cosy space – this evening is all about relaxation.

We’ll start the evening by lying down for a yoga nidra practice. Yoga nidra, also called the yogic sleep, is a practice where you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation, not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally.

We’ll finish with a sound bath and reiki so you can immerse into the experience without words and let yourself be nurtured only by sound and energy. The combination of sound and reiki is a powerful tool to resolve energetic blockages in the body, reduce stress and bring you to a state of deep inner calmness.

We are working with a small group, so everyone will get enough individual attention during the class.

We’ll provide tea and water after the class.

Titta is a yoga nidra teacher, energy healer and co-founder of the cacao community Soulsome Cacao. She loves to teach nidra and combine it with elements like sound healing and reiki to create deeply nurturing and relaxing experiences for her students.
