Women's Circle: Connecting with your Natural Cycle

As women we are cyclical beings. We have a monhtly cycle that has four different phases. That means that we are not the same every day of the month, our hormones and energy change from one phase to the next.

These phases can be best described as the seasons of the year. The cycle start with our Inner Spring (pre-ovulation), where our energy starts growing and we feel more confident. It's followed by the Inner Summer (ovulation) we are feeling at our best and most energetic, ready to take on the world. After the summer comes the Inner Autumn (pre-menstruation), when we start turning inwards, needing more alone time and our emotions might feel heightened. The last phase is the Inner Winter (menstruation) when our bodies are calling us to rest and recharge to start the next cycle with fresh energy.

Our society many times expects us to be the same every day of the month, to constantly be on-the-go. This is why it's important for us to understand our cycle and to realize that all of these phases serve a purpose and are needed. By learning to honor each one of them and live more in sync with our cycle we can bring more balance into our system and find true empowerment as women.

We’ll get together to connect with each other and our feminine energy, our natural monthly cycle and the four season and archetypes connected to it. It’s all about finding empowerment in ourselves and our own energy – if you feel the call you are more than welcome to join us for this soul-nourishing evening.

You hosts

We are Iina and Titta, two Finnish women who share the passion for helping people to live more from their hearts. We started hosting cacao ceremonies two years ago. Our circles have since evolved into deep inner journeys where we combine different practices like movement and energy healing – wholesome experiences where the participants are invited to connect with themselves and others on a deeper level. This year we were called to start doing women’s work. Living more in sync with our own natural cycles has become a big part of our own inner journeys and it has helped us to find balance and ease. Now we want to create spaces for other women to discover this wisdom and find true empowerment in themselves.

Iina is a dancer and mover with over 20 years of experience. She loves to infuse our ceremonies with intuitive movement and dance to connect with the body and listen to its messages.

Titta is a yoga teacher and energy healer. She’s passionate about weaving together the wisdom of the body and energy medicine. She likes to incorporate healing sessions and guided meditation journeys into our ceremonies to help you find more balance and peace.
