🌹 Sisterhood 🌹Women's Gathering in Amsterdam 💫 with Constellations

Are you tired of the rat race, hustle culture and always trying to work harder to be good enough?

Do you regularly feel disconnected from your inner desires and what you truly need? Do you often feel you need to sacrifice your (mental) health to fit in?

Are you longing to slow down and for a deeper connection to your intuition, your body and other women on the same journey as you?

Then we would love to invite you for an afternoon filled with finding deeper layers within ourselves and each other.

This way we hope to find trust in our authentic selves again and in the knowing that we can break free from the mold of society.

This women's gathering is organized by three lovely ladies who are all on the path of discovering who they truly are, by peeling off all the conditioned layers of what they are not.

We would like to share this beautiful, scary and also intense process with you, because we believe we can heal better together.

This gathering is built on 3 pillars;

🩷 Sharing Circle
We will share with all the woman in a circle, without judgement we will receive each other and listen with open hearts. In this way we create a safe space for you to share all that you desire.

We will flow in the moment with what comes up and where space and attention is required.

💛You whole entire self is welcome

🌿 Somatic work
We invite you to sink deeper and connect to the earth and your bodies through practicing bodywork exercises, meditation and intuitive movement / dance. This helps to open ourselves up to what wants to come to the surface. And also, what might not be ready to come to the surface 😊.
We ask you to be gentle with yourself and feel what is safe for you to share and feel. Never go further then your intuition tells you, we cannot rush our healing. In our experience, it works best to release things in a slow titrated way, to not overwhelm the nervous system.

✨️ Systemic work
We will do (family) constellations together, all three of us have experienced and practiced this ourselves. We believe it is a very powerful tool to break free from stuck patterns, feel in to deeper trauma layers with caution and to get out our heads and letting the energy of situations and systems speak for itself. When we truly listen to what the energy is telling us, amazing shifts can happen.

The women who are organizing this event are;

Renee Snijder 💛
Renee is a compassionate, energetic and intuitively strong spaceholder.
She has done the systemic coaching program at the Eerste Verdieping in Delft.
She also has expertise in ADHD / HSP coaching through multidimensional embodiment, somatic work / nervous system healing and Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Hansje Kloosterboer 🩷
Hansje is an embodied student of holistic coaching, experienced spaceholder at ecstatic dance and tantra workshops, upcoming ecstatic dance DJ and expert by experience in different types of body work and therapy forms. She has a gift for reading the energy of people and feeling what’s needed for you in the moment.

Lis Pernot 💜

Lis is a talented student of systemic work with expertise in Black lights astrology and NLP. She is a steady, sensitive and loving presence with an intelligent charm and wit.

We believe that is this world, where everything is upside down, our sensitivity and feminine essence is our biggest strength. Even if the world might judge this as bad or being emotional as too much.

We want to let these conditioned beliefs go and work on creating a world together where everyone is welcome and celebrated for exactly who and what they are. Then we can trust deeply in and become our whole selves again.
