What are we going to do?
*Practices to apply in everyday life
*Tools to integrate your insights, so it sticks & become ‘logical’, obvious & natural
*Recorded meditation
*20min check-in call. after the event. (your choice)

What are NOT going to do:
Not taking our clothes off (maybe another time;))
Not massage classes (but there might be some touching)
Not about sex (but it is part of our energy system)


Our Method:
A Blend of

**Shadows:
These are the parts of us which we would rather not see. The parts of our subconscious that we usually blame others for creating in us. (Giving our power away). In shadow work, we go to trauma and take care of the wounds.

**Tantra:
The red thread through our work. Tantra means that everyone and everything is already sacred. That includes all that we came here to experience. NO- thing is above the other. How do we experience life in its deepest & fullest? Wake up to the full spectrum of colours, taste all the flavours? How do we fully experience our darkest depths with openness, curiosity, authenticity, and expand through it.

**Embodiment Practices:
Working with wisdom of the body through Panta Rei Flow (life is motion); a method I developed over the years. It is a combination of Radical honesty, Deep Inquiry, Clearing, different Meditation techniques, Breath, Energy work.
