Can we love COMMPLETELY and still be as MAD AS HELL?

It is not a goal of mine to reduce my spiritual practice to one strict doctrine or ideology.
Reducing life to, one ‘safe’ way of living, kind of ‘this is how it should be’ event, seems the same to me as decouloring a rainbow.
I love life. In all it’s glorious, unexpected roller coaster, with intervals of waiting in line.
Give me the ups & downs, light and dark. Love the grit. The whole spectrum of all the colours between polarity.
I want to taste life and yet be ‘spiritual’.
And as one of my Tantra Teachers said: thank god, I don’t have to sit in a cave for years to obtain anything. My full experience of life is my spiritual awakening.

But how do we do that? How then do we not get sucked in, chewed up, and spit out? And why does life feel like that somehow?
