Join for weekly breathwork journeys; every Monday 7 - 8 PM

SOMAbreathwork is a sequence of pranayama techniques guided with music and in the rhythm. Working with breath holds, different rhythms and themes, you will dive deeply within yourself and reveal what is there to be seen and heard. This is a journey through the self to the Self in a safe space. Session is mostly done lying with blindfolds. No previous experience required.
