"Playfight meets Contact Improvisation"

Tommy Russo and Harald De Bondt creatively come together to propose a deeper dive into the dynamics of these two complementary practices.
Improvised movement, research, and body relationship. Exploring the edges and flow between Contact Improvisation and Playfight, supported by techniques from grappling, playful competition and resistance.

For all dancers, players, movers and wild cats wanting to improve their groove.

The workshop part will be facilitated in alternation between Tommy Russo and Harald De Bondt.
This month it's Harald's turn.
