Mahara's Cacao Experience - Grand Diner au Chocolat

A special Edition of Mahara’s Cacao Cafe is coming up!

To take you deeper into the experience of Cacao, Thi has kindly jumped in Mahara’s kitchen to offer a unique Friday evening dinner.

Inspired in Mahara’s love for cacao, she will put into play her passion for cooking, which have already witnessed French restaurants in Berlin and Toulouse.

The was born in Vietnam, and grew up in a farm, where she had access to a world of veggies and different tastes to bring to the kitchen, and the passion for creating grew as her mum taught her how to cook.

She moved to Berlin at a young age, where she stayed for 15 years where she completed her lower studies. Now she lives in Toulouse, France, where she is completing her Thesis in management, but she travels a lot to other places, where she can have a broader study on her subject.

And that is what brings her to Amsterdam! Living in one of our (fanatic) host’s house, Alba, she was introduced to Mahara, and she felt the inspiration to bring her magic cuisine skills into the kitchen to give back energy to the space and connect more with its people.

In her chocalicious menu she will be playing with different elements of cacao, where you can expect both savoury and sweet dishes. The cuisine style will be Mahara style! Which means… as colourful as the people of Mahara!

For all the Cacao Cafe lovers that want to be there on Friday but don’t want to join dinner, doors and piano are still open to play, chill and connect at the living room! Only no soup will be available this time.
