MANTRA AND SOUND BATH

Join Amber and Mika, who will guide you into a journey from head to body, supported by the vibrations of mantra chanting, singing bowls and other healing instruments, to open your heart.
We will explore our breath potential and some gentle movements to free your energies and create space to restore body and mind.
At the end we will have time to share and drink some tea.

The event takes place at the Karunika Spiritual Center in Meerhuizenplein 11.

Why is chant so powerful?
Chanting promotes a feeling of connection to yourself and others.
A powerful sense of oneness occurs during the process of singing together, a feeling that has been lost in our ever-increasingly separate and busy lives.

What Is a Sound Bath?
Is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves.
The intention is really to change and help balance the energy of the participants.
It helps with managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.
