Each offering is based on timeless teachings that nature generously provides such as from the natural elements, the seasons, the wheel of the year, nature symbology, etc. and thereby aims to help bridge the gap between indigenous nature wisdom and modern life. You’ll learn to shush the chatter of your mind, and start to reconnect with your body and emotions, start to hear the subtle whispers within, listen to your inner voice, desires, and boundaries. You will start to discern what truly matters to you, and rediscover the flow that brings vitality to your life and relationships.
