I went to this workshop with zero idea of what I signed up for. In fact, at first, the concept even made me uncomfortable.

But I am SO happy that I did it. As the workshop started, I was rather quickly at ease, and learned so much about myself, far beyond what I could have imagined.

Some words that come to mind: intimate, personal, insightful, warm.

For me safety is really important. Liz ensures everyone feels safe during the workshop by carefully checking in how people feel and what they need. The practices were helpful to actively explore my boundaries and how my body responds to them. The safety and practices combined helped me to give in more to my playfulness. During the breaks between the exercises there is room to dive deeper into feelings or insights that pop up, enabling integration. Thanks Liz!
