Ceramic Flowerpot Workshop

In this two part ceramic workshop at the cozy Creche studio, Tetterode building, you will learn how to make your own hand build flowerpots. Creating your own special design you will make a unique item to house one of your favorite plants in! Your item(s) will be fired, and two weeks later we will come together again for the second part of the workshop: glazing!
We have a rainbow assortment of ceramic glazes to choose from to make your flower pots unique.

Ceramics is an ancient artform made up of all five elements, earth•water•fire•air•ether.
Working with clay is extremely grounding and community building, allowing for pure creative expression. Your imagination is the limit when it comes to working with this medium!

Your hosts for this workshop are the artists Splitter Splatter (aka Iekeliene Stange) and Maia Lyon Daw.
