'Breathwork & Beats' is a combination of conscious connected breathwork guided to the beat of music. The intention of this ceremony is to bring community together to express, release, feel and heal together. We will begin with a sharing circle to connect the collective group energy before being guided through a deep breathwork journey lasting roughly 90 minutes. You will be guided throughout, allowing your conscious mind to disconnect and experience sensations in the unconscious body. With this can come powerful releases of blocked energy, increased self awareness, expanded consciousness, as well as reaching a deep meditative state of relaxation. Following the practice we will reconnect as a group and open up space to share about our experiences to help with the integration process before closing the ceremony. ALL ARE WELCOME!
