Privat SUP Yoga in Nuenen

Over dit evenement

Yoga and SUP are two my favorite activities and I invite you to experience this extraordinary experience with me! We will enjoy the practice of soft yogic asanas on the water, challenge our balance, and merge with nature and the surface of the water.
The class will begin with a walk on the SUP to feel the balance on it, then we will practice yoga for about 60 minutes and end with deep Savasana to the sounds of nature.
The class price includes SUP rental but not included pick up and drop off. If you need me pick up you please let me know, the extra charge for pick up and drop off is 10 euro.

Aleksandra is an amazing teacher and will guide you with grace through the entire session. It was my first time on a SUP but that was not an issue at all! She also trained me in SUP 101 and I had an amazing and relaxing time. Totally recommended to get in touch with nature and your inner self.
