Explore Summer Session - Outside movement session

Would you like to move and connect with the sun, the sounds of the birds, the grass, the trees and all the beauty that can be found in the park?

In these Summer Sessions you come home again. Not only in your body, but also in connection with nature and the urban environment. You discover how to playfully connect with your body in your everyday environment, so that these small moments of joy can become part of your everyday life.

After the session, there is space to enjoy some snacks & drinks and to dance, move and play around some more!
