This 2,5 hour ceremony is a deep journey inwards guided by breath and sound. Explore the truth of who you are, expand, receive guidance, nourishment and activations.

Arend & Alyssa will guide you through Breathwork holding a safe & loving space while Rubi is closing the session with a deeply meditative and nurturing Soundhealing. This gentle yet expanding ceremony guiding you to receive, relax, heal, soften, recharge, get activated and remember.
