It’s time for another mini-retreat at beautiful retreatcenter Kura Waka!
Inviting you on a journey of connection to nourish your body, breath and being and to spend some quality time to connect to yourself.

After some great food and time to settle in, we will guide you in a Breathwork Session on Saturday evening . We love to work with the Conscious Connected Breathing technique in a soft and supported way. Using the breath to get in touch with ourselves a little deeper, explore our own innerworlds and to release old emotions and stress from our systems. Melissa and Lotte are both certified Breathcoaches and will guide and support you in a safe way to explore deeper layers of yourself.

On Sunday morning after breakfast we will come together for the Sweatlodge Ceremony where Michaela van der Meer, founder of Kura Waka will guide us in a traditional way. The sweatlodge is a beautiful ritual that has been around for hundreds of years and practiced by many ancient tribes. A place to heal, pray, give thanks and shed the layers that are not serving us anymore. It provides the space to open up, to connect, to transform and to be reminded of our connection to our selves in a grounded way.
