When we feel deeply seen and met, new realms of connection can be experienced. Here, right now is where you may get close to what really matters to you, finding your truth from moment to moment. This can give a sense of belonging, love and aliveness.

n this free 1 hour online Circling session you will get a taste of what the practice of Circling beholds.

The group will be guided in a deeper experience of presence and connection with. In being more present with yourself, and the other from a place of welcoming what is, you might get more awareness on how you perceive life and your ways of being and doing. In circling we welcome this as it is, no intention to change or fix.

By being deeply met and seen in how it is to be you, new realms of connection may be experienced. You may get close to what really matters to you, finding your truth from moment to moment. This can give a sense of freedom, love and aliveness.

These sessions are a way of getting to know the practice as well as getting to know me (martje) and the way I lead the practice.
