How to be with people

What if there would be a place where you could practice how to be with people?
On Friday 17th May you can join us in such place! 😊

WHAT WILL YOU DISCOVER?
- Practices for getting more in touch with yourself;
- Insights on how to be more Present with yourself and others;
- Skills to communicate with empathy and clarity;
- The joy of belonging to a supportive community.


WHAT TO EXPECT:
The event starts with a soft landing where you'll be guided to bring your awareness into your body, noticing how are your feelings and thoughts impacting it in the present moment.

As the evening progresses, we transition to interacting with other participants. You will engage in exercises, first one-on-one and then in small groups, designed to practice the delicate art of staying attuned to yourself while opening up to others. We'll introduce communication tools that encourage clear, heart-felt expressions, to support deeper understanding and intimacy while being with other people.

The last part of the evening is a Sharing Circle inspired by Heart IQ™️, where we welcome anything that needs to be revealed, felt and expressed, to support as a collective each other's personal journeys and to shine Love on ALL parts of us.
