Boundaries: how to say NO!

What if you could say NO! once in a while and feel good about it? 

This evening is designed to be a playground where you can experience connecting with your "yes" and your "no". You will access the inner wisdom which will empower you to set boundaries in an empathic but effective way.

"But what if I don't trust myself to do that?" you might say. There is someone who can be your best ally and guide: your body.

Want to know more? Then please keep reading about the evening's structure:


1. We will start with a guided meditation, then we'll talk about practicalities and agreements. Next, you will veeery slowly begin to connect with others in a safe and relaxing way.

2. The second part of the evening is about doing exercises where you will explore the connection between your body, your desires and your boundaries. 
Some practices might involve light touch, but giving or receiving touch is optional. At any moment you are free to just sit on the side and do absolutely nothing if that's your wish. We will cheer you up for taking care of yourself. :)

3. In the final phase we will transition into a Sharing Circle(inspired by HeartIQ) where the space is open for anything that needs to be named, expressed or integrated.


You will learn the basics of:
- Having more clarity on what a "yes" or a "no" feels for you and your body;
- Asking for what you want;
- Saying no in an empathic way.
