Keren Cogan
My name is Keren Cogan and I was born – for the astrologers among us – on April 30, 1981, at 7:45 PM in Beer-Sheva, Israel. I am a mother of three beautiful sons and married to a (mostly) wonderful man. However, I am also a daughter, sister, friend, smiley face, cuddly toy, thinker, feeler and doer.

For the past 10 years, I've been on an incredible journey of self-discovery and spiritual exploration. It led me to shamanism and the path of becoming a shamanic womb wisdom keeper.

Due to my own life experiences, search for connection with myself and in my marriage, I deeply explore tantra, sexuality, divine femininity, and sacred sexuality.

Along the way, I've had the honour of guiding many wonderful women on their own paths to healing.

My work is like a beautiful blend of ancient wisdom and modern healing techniques. I draw inspiration from and been initiated in shamanism, the medicine wheel, and feel deep connection to wisdom of our ancestors and Mother Earth.

I'm certified in a bunch of things like NLP, Reiki, Family Constellations, Energy Healing, Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), Doula , Somatic Trauma informed breathwork and Spinal Attunment… the list continues.

But more than just titles, I see myself as a LIFE Doula.

What does that mean? Well, just like a doula supports moms during childbirth, I'm here to support you through the birth of your new self. I'm your guide, helping you peel back layers and discover the amazing person you truly are.

My goal is simple: to guide and mentor you on your path of self healing and finding your own medicine, embracing every step of the journey with courage and authenticity.

About Vesna
Vesna Sarva's journey is a tapestry woven with threads of passion, exploration, and transformation. Thirteen years ago, she completed her training in leading family constellations and tantra teaching, setting the stage for a profound journey into guiding others through meaningful and transformative experiences. Immersed in the realms of tantra, Vesna found joy in assisting and supporting workshops and gatherings dedicated to deepening connections and understanding within safe spaces.

Around a decade ago, Vesna's heart expanded to embrace the beauty of plants, herbs, and trees. This newfound love led her to dive into the world of aromatherapy, where she not only studied but also shared her knowledge occasionally through workshops and public speeches. Aromatherapy became one of her passions, alongside the healing art of aromatherapy massage, yoga, dance, and painting with oils on canvas. In her quest for holistic well-being, Vesna also delved into teaching qigong, energy work, grounding, and harmonising practices, enriching her life and those around her.

Seventeen years ago, Vesna's path crossed with her teacher, Sean Hamman, igniting her apprenticeship in the shamanic tradition. For over a decade and a half, Vesna has been devoted to the shamanic path, finding fulfilment in holding space for others during profound journeys of death and rebirth, transformation, healing, awakening, self-exploration, and exorcism. Her commitment extends to the sacred practices of working with frog medicine Kambo and other shamanic rituals, infusing her life with living beauty and deep spiritual connection.

Guiding meditation circles, Vesna gently reminds others of the power of silence and presence within themselves, fostering moments of inner peace and reflection. Her life is a testament to the richness found in embracing multiple paths of spiritual exploration and healing, each facet contributing to the vibrant mosaic of her being.
