Circling Evening Rotterdam

Familiar with circling, authentic relating or just want to deepen your relational practice? Feeling the urge to explore what is alive in the moment? Join us in our circling evening in Rotterdam.

Circling is a relational meditation practice that allows participants to experience deep connection and presence within a group setting. It is a presence-based conversation that can lead to feelings of synchronicity, transformative insights or an almost psychedelic state of presence.

Our circling-sessions start with one or two exercises to warm up, connect to oneself, others and the group. After that there will be time for open circling; an unguided place to tune into what is alive and emerges.

Good to know
This is a practice-space; there will be a host but no leader. Prior circling experience or familiarity with group meditation- and/or authentic relating practices is desirable. Based on the group, the evening will be English or Dutch spoken.
