We take a moment together to turn inward and connect with what's going on inside of us.
What would you like to release?
Through a breathing technique we sink into ourselves and I guide you through meditations where you receive Reiki.
Make a nice comfy space for yourself and receive with an open heart.

*depending on the group this will be English or Dutch spoken.
*on the day of the session you'll get all the info by e-mail.
*if you like you can make yourself a cup of Cacao!

Hi, The atmosphere was amazing and very friendly. Jamila was so kind and humble. The room was full of peace. And the method was new to me and amazing. The combination of Yoga exercise, Breathing method and nice music and instruments that she used was highly effective. Also using Cacao and truffle was wonderful. During the program I felt that my body is light and my mind is free, nothing was important and serious. And I found if we don't take anything serious, then the universe makes everything easier.
