Dance ritual performance followed by a dance workshop

You will experience dance, movement, and ritual performance based on Greek myths. It is about our connection to death, based on ancient rituals and the research of Stanislav Grof (the founder of Holotropic Breathwork and Transpersonal psychology).

After the performance we take you on a dance journey. We recommend that you also join us in this dance workshop. You are also very welcome only for the performance!

The whole evening is inspired by Greek myths. The myth of life, death, and rebirth.
It will open up some sensations, emotions, feelings and energy in you. In some way, it will resonate with you and this reaction we will explore after the performance, during the dance journey, where I will guide you to experience and transform your own dance and your own life.
