⚫What can you expect?
We hold small groups (maximum of 10 participants) guided by 2 facilitators. This allows us to provide the best possible collective and individual care for all participants. At the beginning of the ceremony  we create a space for you to set your intention, with the help of little exercises we help you to find out which part of yourself you'd like to further explore. After we've all set our intentions we will consume a medium dosage of magic truffles together. To prepare our bodies and mind, we will guide you trough breathwork, yoga and meditation exercises. These practices profoundly affect the nervous system, reducing anxiety and stress. Physically, they enhance absorption of the plant medicine, while mentally, they ease resistance to the experience.
