Breath Circle

One of Ash's greatest passions is bringing science and ceremony together. Ash's life's mission is to bring people into deeper connection with the healing power and divinity within themselves. She is passionate about the power of breathwork to aid in this releasing, reconnecting and remembering. During the evening, Ash will give a short introduction to the practice of conscious connected breathing; the mechanism of this breathing technique, guide us through movement and voicing techniques to open the body for breath and then into a deep dive breathwork session. The session itself will last for just over an hour, after which we will share a grounding soup and sharing circle.
