Theme for the night;

The relationship you have with your body.

What do you see, when you look into mirror?
What words do you use, when talking to and about your body? Which parts of you, do you judge within and project outwards?
What role does the society that we live in plays. when it comes to
your body image?

What was imprinted on to you by your mom, your moms mom and so on and so on.

In a safe space with other women, you will explore, experiment, embody and connect with the shame in order to reclaim what is yours.

Wear cloths that make you feel comfortable and where you can
comfortably move your body in.
