Seline designed a workshop enabling you to reflect on your behaviour, find successes, and lessons learned. With that information, we look forward to designing your outcome making a plan and taking steps to become the person you want to be.

- You will reflect on your behaviour
- Find patterns in your current behaviour that stop you from growing
- Turn inward and find who you are longing to be
- Create a simple and actionable plan to get there
- Receive simple and practical tools for self-growth to continue at home

- Seline combines practices from yoga, NLP, neuro- and behavioural science. The methods are proven by science and help people create new behaviours and increase their focus.
