On Saturday, March 9th ArcanA will be hosting its first-ever event in Amsterdam! We will be collaborating with Anne De Boer, an experienced and certified breathwork teacher, IAKP Kambo practitioner, and facilitator to help guide you through this Breathwork and Cacao Healing Journey.
Anne will expertly guide us through a conscious connected breathing cycle. Breathing consciously in this way will start an alchemical process of transformation in your body and brain. The breath is about letting go of the past and opening up to the present moment and the beauty of life.
Participants often experience a range of sensations, emotions, and physical releases. The conscious connected breathwork process helps release stored tension, allowing for a deep sense of relaxation and a heightened connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Beyond the physiological benefits, you may experience a deeply healing emotional catharsis, providing a safe space for you to confront and release suppressed emotions. This can lead to a greater understanding of your inner self and a path towards emotional balance.
Once we have finished the breathwork cycle, you will lie down and simply enjoy the next phase of your healing journey. We will continue working on healing the energetic blockages and disruptions in your system while you are immersed in sounds, music, and channeled healing (source) energy. All you have to do is relax and experience it all!
The heart-opening properties of the medicine of natural raw Cacao, which we will drink ceremonially and with intention setting before starting the breathwork cycle, will make you even more receptive to the beautiful energy of this healing journey.

If you have asthma, you can participate, just bring your inhaler to the session.
