GRATIS Sound Meditation by Blanka

Have you ever wanted to learn meditation but never had time for it? Or maybe you are stressed and need a moment of peace? If so, you've found a great opportunity!

On 3rd of July you can relax during the FREE Sound Meditation performance. Come, rest and give yourself a moment to breathe. Nourish yourself, learn how to be calm and find a moment for self-love, while I will be guiding you through a beautiful, magical journey of sound waves.

I can guarantee that:
1. You will be deeply relaxed
2. Your stress hormones will drop
3. You will sleep like a baby at night 🙂

My performances will be starting at:
- 13:00
- 14:30
- 16:00
Each of them will last around 30-45 minutes.

Please come 5-10 minutes before the performance, so you can choose a comfortable spot, drink a tea and slowly land with some snacks.
