In our minicourses we choose a theme. This is about: Living the Tantric Divine, and you’ll learn:

*What Tantra is About
*To find the secret about feeling juicy – present and joyful in daily live
*How you can experience more peace and space in your head
*To say goodbye to habits and thoughts that bring you down
*To experience your body as a holy temple
*To be more playful and open in life through our beautiful divine partner rituals
*To awake kundalini shakti energy in your body


In 3 lessons we explore themes like: Sensual energy and kundalini, compassion, love, sensuality, communication, trust, polarities like: strenght and surrender.
We place massage, exercises and rituals in a Divine Tantric Perspective and teach you ancient and new ways to apply them in your live.

Tools we teach:
* Tantric Krya Yoga, kundalini shakti breath meditation for strength and liberation
* Pranic energy exercises to learn to feel, clean and expand chakras and energy channels, so that you will feel life energy more powerful
* Divine massage to open and harmonize the physical, emotional and spiritual body
* Meditative sacred sensual exercises and massages that help you to heal, to be orga$mic and ecstatic
* The Non-Dual Principle and Meditations of ancient Sutras: Remembering your divine light
* Dearmouring, stress release to heal and free the body
* Puja: sacred ancient and modern rituals to re-connect you with your essence and personal life purposes.

The program is tailored to the group, the energy of the moment and what feels good. We do exercises and meditations together in groups, in pairs or threes or alone. During the exercises, people work together, participants do massage and exercises together, with consent. The entire course is supervised by two experienced teachers Mark and Janine (Jivanmukta).
