About the Breathwork
Experience a transformative 1 hour and 45-minute breathwork journey with Jarl Hector, a seasoned yoga teacher with over 500 teaching hours and training from India and the Netherlands. This session includes connected breathing exercises and breath retentions, specifically designed to boost your mental and physical well-being.
You be invited to engage in mindful breathing practices to deeply connect with yourself, invigorate your body, and cultivate a heightened sense of presence and awareness.
PLEASE NOTE
Entrance is possible between 15.00 - 15.15h or between 18.00 - 18.30h, we will leave the door open during the dance.
With a day ticket you will be able to join the breathwork and will get some delicious vegetarian Indonesian food. With a regular ecstatic ticket you can arrive after dinner between 18.00 - 18.30h.

About the Studio Kokos
Kokos is a lush oasis in the heart of Beverwijk. You will find plenty of free parking spots behind movie center Cineworld (a few minute walk) and the train station of Beverwijk is just around the corner.
